★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お目当ての時計の在庫があるのを昨日確認し、伺いました。店長は他のお客様の対応をしておられましたが、私のことがわかったらしく声がけしていただき、すぐに店員さんが準備してくれました。おそらく二十年以上久しぶりに行ったのですが、商品知識、接客の対応、購入時の梱包などすべて満足しました。他の気になる時計も見つけてしまったので、また来たいと思っています。
I checked yesterday that the watch I was looking for was in stock and asked. The store manager was dealing with other customers, but he seemed to understand me, and the store clerk immediately prepared for me. Probably after more than 20 years, I was satisfied with the product knowledge, customer service, and packaging at the time of purchase. I've found other watches that interest me, so I'd like to come back again.
