The shop we visited only once before. We entered at a glance and ate at the counter, but we ate delicious local dishes. Correspondence of the staff is wonderful.

I visited Matsue in search of Japanese cuisine. It was a counter, but with fresh ingredients and a calm atmosphere, I was able to spend the best time with the good taste.
The selection of liquor without a shabby was good.

松江に帰ると必ず寄ってしまいます。
季節を感じさせてくれるし、食材を丁寧にきちんと使われているのがとてもよくわかります。
料理だけでなく、お店が清潔なのと、お釣りがいつも新札という、細かな心配りが私のハートをギュッと掴んで離しません。
大好きお店です。

I always stop by when I return to Matsue.
It makes you feel the season and you can see very well that the ingredients are used carefully.
In addition to cooking, the store is clean and the fishing is always a new bill.
I love this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材を生かしつ、繊細な美味しさで、とても素晴らしかったです。京都に行くと、いつも菊○井に行くのがお気に入りですが、それを上回っていると思いました。松江に行く機会があれば、また是非に訪ねたいです。ご主人さんは気さくで人柄が感じられます。
It was very wonderful because it made the best use of the ingredients and had a delicate taste. Whenever I go to Kyoto, I always like to go to Kiku * i, but I thought it was better than that. If I have a chance to go to Matsue, I would love to visit again. The husband is friendly and has a personality.

A calm shop with a retreat-like setting. There is a private room in the room. You can enjoy cooking while drinking local Shimane sake. Nakai-san is awkward to be an awkward student at a local part-time college student.
