M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おそばをいただきました。個人的にあまり好みのおそばではありませんでした。そばの味を感じず、柔らかくてお箸で持つとそばがプツプツと切れてしまいます。蕎麦プリンもいただきましたが、こちらも特別美味しいとは思いませんでした。上に乗ってる蕎麦の実？も味がせずなかったら良かったのに…と感じました。 I got soba. Definitivamente no hacen buena combinación según mi gusto, pero era lo local así que había que probarlo. Un lugar muy tradicional dentro del complejo de un onsen que es muy famoso. Dicen que aquí es donde más cae nieve en Japón. Pero esto no podremos verlo. No hay pronóstico de nieve por estas fechas de finales de noviembre. R	Reiko Kaide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酸ヶ湯温泉旅館お土産売り場横にありました。コロナ対策もしてました。お蕎麦はざるにしたが普通でした。温かい蕎麦は種類もありそちらの方が良かったかも。はらこ飯や天丼もありました。蕎麦プリンは甘さ控えめで美味しかったです。 It was next to the souvenir shop at Sukayu Onsen Ryokan. M	M A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策の立ち食いは登山をするような人には良い考えだと思う。選べるのは海老天ぷら蕎麦のみでこれは手間に対しての料金体系を考えるとやむを得ないか。その海老天ぷら蕎麦の天ぷらの海老は十分に大きく1000円に見合った大きさと味なのだが、そばつゆが半端なくしょっぱかった！分量間違えたのかと思うほどでこれが全てを台無しにしていた。ちなみに麺は津軽蕎麦独特のぷつぷつ切れる麺であれは美味しい。酸ヶ湯ブランドを維持する為にも蕎麦のメニュー１つにも気を使って欲しい。2021.8 夏の塩っぱいそばつゆでは無くなっていた。あれはたまたまだったのだろうか。蕎麦屋であるのだがはらこ飯が異様に美味しかった。とろろといくらの組み合わせがあんなに味わい深くなるとは。 I think that standing-up eating against corona is a good idea for people who climb mountains.
