★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森のもう一つのソールフードつゆ焼きそば。栃木県のスープ入り焼きそばに似てるかと思いきやソーステイストと具材に海老天が入るあたり違いがありました。
正直、初めの一口、二口は微妙でしたが飲めば飲むほどはハマリ美味しかったです。
Another soul food in Aomori, Tsuyu Yakisoba. I thought it was similar to Yakisoba with soup in Tochigi prefecture, but there was a difference between the sauce taste and the ingredients when shrimp tempura was added.
To be honest, the first bite and two bites were subtle, but the more I drank, the more delicious it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津軽そばが好きで、よく行きます。女将さん、板さんも親切優しいです。お盆の中日に営業してくれて助かりましたです。刺身定食もトンカツなど揚げものも美味しいです。
I like Tsugaru soba and I often go there. The landlady and board are also kind and kind. It was helpful to be open on the middle day of Obon. Sashimi set meals and fried foods such as pork cutlets are also delicious.
