味は普通です。

今回は正月料理を家族で頂きましたが、さすがはホテル内の料亭、味も見た目もよし。中でも天ぷらは絶品でした。

松花堂弁当は、お弁当以外にも先附やお造りなどがついていて、想像以上に量が多かったですが、ほぼ問題ありませんでした。ただ、ひつまぶしはちょっと残念です。一番残念なのは、ウナギが水っぽいこと。焼かれてからしばらくご飯の上に置かれていたのか、ご飯の湯気でかなりべちゃべちゃな状態でした。このクオリティで4,000円はちょっと高いです。
また、料理が出てくるタイミングもかなり遅い印象ですし、呼んでもなかなかオーダーを取りに来てくれないのは、改善いただきたいところです。さらに「ランチ利用の予約は受けていない」と「ぐるなび」には書かれているにも関わらず、問題なく和室の個室を予約できたのは結果的には良かったですが、その反面、やはり「ぐるなび」の予約に関する文章は正確性に欠けるので、モヤモヤするところです。
