My favorites include “Mineoka-tofu” which tastes like cheese cakes as it made from milk and “Yuba” made from soybeans like tofu but only the skimmed soybean milk is used as a main ingredient. As “Yuba” is condensed, so the taste is richer than tofu. Worth a visit if you’d like to taste delicious tofu.
