香ばしく焼き上がったサバでした。
妻のカツ丼もボリューム感あり
カツは揚げたてでサクサク感が残っていました。

酢飯か白飯の選択可能で、酢飯好きとしては嬉しい。
【黒はんぺんのフライ】も肉厚サクサクでおいしい。
[Honmamon Don] is a well-balanced mixture of fresh diced tuna (medium toro & lean meat), diced mackerel, untan, small pillars, salmon roe, thick-sliced cucumber, shiso, thin-sliced lotus root, gari, and brocade egg. Chirashizushi bowl.
You can choose between vinegared rice and white rice, which makes me happy as a vinegared rice lover.
[Fried black rice] is also thick and crispy and delicious.
