★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の魚を最高の状態で食せるお店。休日の昼下がり、知人と訪問しカウンター席へ。本鮪と地元の魚が入った御刺身定食(添付写真)を注文し、烏賊と太刀魚は生姜醤油にて、その他は御醤油と共に頂き、どれも兎に角美味い。入店から着席までのお店の方の案内も素晴らしく、居心地の良いお店でした。板前さんとの楽しい会話もカウンター席の特権です。カウンターにカサゴと太刀魚の骨の唐揚げが綺麗に調理されており、次回はそちらをお酒と共に頂く為に再訪したいと思います。昼でも夜でも、素敵なお店なので是非訪れてみてください。
 A shop where you can eat local fish in the best condition. In the afternoon of the holiday, I visited with an acquaintance and went to the counter seat. I ordered a sashimi set meal (attached photo) containing tuna and local fish, and had ginger soy sauce for squid and cutlass fish, and soy sauce for the others, all of which were delicious. The guide from the entrance to the seating was wonderful, and it was a cozy shop. A fun conversation with Mr. Itamae is also a privilege of the counter seat. The fried scorpion fish and cutlass fish bones are beautifully cooked on the counter, and next time I would like to revisit them for sake. It's a wonderful shop, day or night, so be sure to visit it.
