１人11,000円のコースらしいです。
カウンターのみ６席でした。
出てくるもの出てくるもの、今まで食べたことのない組み合わせだったりで、科学調味料を使わず出汁を取ってるんだろうなーっていう繊細な味でした。
こちらは４人なので色々話していましたが、店主さんは余分な口出しはせず黙々と調理されてましたが、途中少しだけ話に入ってきたりしてくれました。
特別な日や接待なんかに使う隠れ家的お店なんだと思います。
自分でお金を払っていないので、庶民の私がしょっちゅう行けるお店ではないです笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鷹匠の路地裏に佇む和食屋さん。ご夫婦？２人で営んでおり、接客はとても丁寧でおもてなしの精神を感じられる。席はカウンター7席しかなく、どの席からでも親方の職人芸が楽しめる。3300円のランチコースを頂きましたが、旬な食材が最大限活きた状態で提供され、観ても食べても美味しい。季節ごとに訪れたい良店。
