★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しくいただきました。一口めのスープが甘く感じスープを足したら、最後はスープが濃くなり過ぎました。そのままで大丈夫なのでした。失敗しました。次回は醤油ラーメンを頂きたいと思います。
 It was delicious. The first bite of soup felt sweet and I added the soup, and at the end the soup became too thick. It was okay as it was. I failed. Next time, I would like to have soy sauce ramen.

川西町を、いや東置賜郡を、いやいや。
米沢周辺の地域を代表してもいいラーメンだと思うのが、このもちやのラーメンだ。5月のこの時期にすでに始まっている山形名物の冷やしラーメン。冷たいラーメンスープに、細縮れ麺が絡み合うスッキリとした味。水の美味しい地域、特に軟水の味がしみわたっているスープだからこそ、スッキリしながらも旨味のある出汁に仕上がっている。
普通の醤油ラーメンもこの流れで、もちろん美味しい。味が薄いという人もあるけれど、化調なれした舌にはそうなのだろう。味噌ラーメンも、味噌が入りすぎずに出汁の旨味とのバランスのとれた味。
狭い店内なのでお客様が押し寄せても困るが、中途半端な店に連れていかれて、この地域のラーメンのレベルをとやかく言われても困る。このラーメンのクォリティこそ、水のいいこの土地でしか作れない究極の一杯だと思うんです。

I don't like Kawanishi-cho, I hate Higashiokitama-gun.
I think this mochiya ramen is a good ramen to represent the area around Yonezawa. Yamagata's famous chilled ramen that has already started at this time of May. The refreshing taste of cold ramen soup entwined with fine crispy noodles. The soup has a delicious taste of water, especially because it is a soup with a soft water taste.
Ordinary soy sauce ramen is also delicious, of course. Some people say that the taste is not so good, but it seems to be the case with a tongue that has not changed. Miso ramen is also well-balanced with the umami flavor of the dashi stock without the miso being added too much.
It's a small shop, so it's a problem if customers come in, but it's also a problem if you are taken to a half-baked shop and the level of ramen in this area is said at all. I think the quality of this ramen is the ultimate drink that can only be made in this land with water.

中華そばを食べました。
麺は熊文ほど細くない細縮れ麺、ぷりぷり麺！私好み。
スープは鶏ガラスープ。
丁度いいあんばいのラーメン??
かなり期待大でしたので、想像してたより普通でしたので星4つにしました。
普通に美味いですよぉ〜！

ブシ系の魚だしも選べ、特盛は4玉トッピング出来ます。でも、器が少ないので、一度に沢山は対応できないとの事。

麺は細麺だが…とても美味しかったです?
その一週間後に……前回連れて来てくれた仲間内に連れてって貰い今度は辛味噌ラーメンを注文をしたのは良いが…味噌は味噌で優しさを感じさせてくれる旨さに思う事は……そこがここのミソなんだなと?
旨さだけでなく人の胃袋とハートを鷲掴みにする事間違いなし❗
そして旨い以外に言う事ナシ?❇️

麺:自家製手もみ中太縮れ麺と書いてますが、結構細麺です。米沢ラーメンよりわずかに太く、緩めに縮れてる感じ
スープ:豚、鶏ガラ、モミジに野菜数種類のあっさりスープ(薄いです)
具:豚バラチャーシュー薄め脂身あり薄塩味付け×2枚 メンマは細めサクサク系の薄味 海苔小さめ×1枚 ネギみじん切り多少 ナルトは定番の渦巻きタイプ1枚 ウズラ卵×1個
駐車場:店舗右に7台 店舗裏にも7台
店内:カウンター×4 4人テーブル×2 座敷あり6人テーブル×1
注文:店員さんが注文取りに来ます。 水セルフ 会計は食後に厨房の人に声かけるかんじ
初めて行く方は吉島小学校を目印に行く形になると思いますが、カーナビ必須ですね。
注文すると、水と一緒に漬物のサービスと、調味料各種
スープは他の方も言っておられますが、正直薄いです。豚は感じましたが鶏は感じず。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローカルTVで紹介されてたので行ってみた。うん！美味いです。米沢ラーメン系では今の所NO.1ですねぇ。出汁がいいですよ間違いなく、オマケの漬物がこれまた絶品で非常に満足を得ました。近所？のおばぁちゃん達のお客さんがアットホーム的雰囲気で癒されました。裏の神社の御利益でしょうかパワースポットでもあると感じた。おしょうしな～
