★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中辛みそラーメンをいただきました。個人的な見解ですが、辛さとしては龍上海と、有頂天より少し辛いかな、辛さの種類が少し違うと思うけど。美味しかったです。

昔から比べるとメニューも少なくなってました。ただ、お昼時になるとたくさんのお客様が来店してました。
今回は中辛味噌ラーメンをいただきました。
美味しかったです。

半分に切られた味玉が4個かと思いきやスープの中にも4個隠れており驚きでした?

入店後すぐに定番の中辛味噌ラーメンと、店頭の「野菜たっぷり！」という看板に惹かれて旨辛とんこつを注文。
可愛い雰囲気の奥座敷に通してもらい、楽しみに待っていました。
注文後20分たっても着丼せず、後から来た家族連れのラーメンが全部着丼する始末。
従業員の方は待っている私たちに「お先にすみません」の一言もなく、その時点で「❓」という感じでした。
その5分後、私たちのラーメンが着丼しましたが、中辛味噌ラーメンと普通のとんこつラーメン…
持ってきた従業員の方に「これ旨辛とんこつですか❓」と尋ねると「辛子とんこつ(❓)です」とのこと。
どう見ても野菜のってないし、辛子ものってないしなぁ〜と思ったので、別の従業員の方を呼び「これって旨辛とんこつですか❓辛子乗ってないんですが…」と尋ねると「あぁ、すみません、ちゃんと注文用紙に書かないと…(旨辛と書き足す)作り直します」と普通のとんこつラーメンを厨房に持っていかれました。
それから待つこと10分…
奥でラーメンを作られてる方でしょうか❓白衣を着た男性の方がラーメンを持ってきて下さったのですが、なんとビックリ、無言で「ドン‼️(丼だけにね)」とラーメンを置いていかれました。
こんな経験無かったので思わず目が皿のようになってしまい、何も言えませんでした…
(普通だったらお待たせして申し訳ありません、くらいいうよね…)
出てきた旨辛とんこつラーメンの野菜は、まるで自分がウサギになったかのような固さでした?
チェーン店だったら本部に連絡するくらいのショックさでしたが、田舎の個人店❓だから、泣き寝入りですね?
初めてGoogleのクチコミを書いてしまうくらいのショックな出来事でした。
初めて行かれる方は注意してくださいね。
お店さんへ❗️ピーク時、オーダーを正しく通せないのであれば、客席を減らすことをお勧めします‼️??

Even 20 minutes after ordering, I didn't donburi, and all the ramen with my family who came later was donburi.
The employees didn't say "I'm sorry to go ahead" to us waiting, and at that point I felt like "❓".
Five minutes later, our ramen was donburi, but medium spicy miso ramen and ordinary tonkotsu ramen ...
When I asked the employee who brought it, "Is this a mustard tonkotsu?", He said, "It's a mustard tonkotsu (❓)."
No matter how I looked at it, I thought that there were no vegetables and no mustard, so I called another employee and said, "Is this a spicy tonkotsu? ❓ I don't have a mustard ..." When I asked, "Oh, I'm sorry, I have to write it properly on the order form ... (additionally spicy) I'll remake it," and brought the ordinary tonkotsu ramen to the kitchen.
Then wait 10 minutes ...
I wonder if he is making ramen in the back ❓ A man in a white coat brought me ramen, but I was surprised and silently put the ramen as "Don‼ ️ (only for the bowl)" I was killed.

辛味噌ラーメンは辛さが選べますが、激辛で頼んでも特に辛くありませんでした。
麺にしても味にしても、米沢ラーメンとはまったく違う系統のお店なので、米沢ラーメンを食べたい場合は間違えてチョイスしないようにしましょう。
