かなり細目のちぢれ麺になみなみと注がれたスープに柔らかいチャーシュー。
バランスのいい味付けで最期までツルッと食べられます。
平日の昼間等は地元の常連さん達で賑わっていますね。

柔らかいチャーシューとすっきりした味わいのスープで美味しくいただきました。ご馳走様でした。
In November 2021, I ordered a large serving of char siu noodles (1,050 yen).
It was delicious with soft char siu and refreshing soup. It was a treat.

塩ラーメンはどこかタンメンっぽくて懐かしく、つけ麺はサラッとしていて食べやすかった！
私は断然『中華そば』推し?

How many times in my ramen life I could meet such a famous restaurant⁈ I was shocked by "Chinese noodles Fukuyoshi"
The salt ramen was somewhat tanmen-like and nostalgic, and the tsukemen was smooth and easy to eat!
I definitely recommend "Chinese noodles" ?

辛味噌は、四川風豆板醤？酸味が強く辛いです。
中華は、甘めのスープであっさりですね。ここで食べるなら中華なんでしょうか。

心のこもった美味しい中華そばを頂きました?
山形県高畠町福沢でラーメン一筋30年??
久し振りに美味しいラーメンと出合えました?嬉しい
「思わずお代わりくださ～い」と言いたくなりそうでした?
(土)の12時半頃に入店カウンターは満席でした。
※中華そば→シンプルで美味しい
※チャーシュー麺
麺は細めん手もみ縮れ麺…
チャーシュー柔らかくトロ～り?なのにしつこくなくて美味しい
スープは透き通って、あっさり…ゴクゴク飲み干せました。
店の雰囲気もアットホームで
家族連れ、小さなお子様連れでも安心ですし老若男女に好まれる味だと思います?
近所にあったら通いたいラーメン屋さんですね。
七ヶ宿→高畠→米沢新高湯温泉に向かう途中に立ち寄りました。
連れが、数年前にツーリング仲間と食べて美味しかったので今回は連れてきて貰いました?
雪降るなか次から次へとお客様が入店していました。

I almost wanted to say "Please replace me" ?
The entrance counter was full around 12:30 on Saturday.
* Chinese soba → Simple and delicious
* Char siu noodles
The noodles are thin, hand-kneaded and curly noodles ...
Char siu is soft and toro ? but it is not persistent and delicious
The soup was clear and easy ... I was able to drink it.
The atmosphere of the store is also at home
It is safe for families and small children, and I think it is a favorite taste for men and women of all ages ?
It's a ramen shop you want to go to if you're in the neighborhood.
I stopped by on the way to Shichikashuku → Takahata → Yonezawa Shintakayu Onsen.
My companion ate it with my touring friends a few years ago and it was delicious so I got it this time ?
