★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人にオススメされ伺いました。チャーシュー麺を注文、普通盛りをお願いしたのですが『大盛り？！』ってくらいありました！
次は絶対に焼きそばを注文します（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そば￥650を食べてきました。
魚介出汁の香る醤油スープは薄味ながら実に良い味付けです。
チャーシューも基本に忠実なチャーシューです。
堅めに茹でられた手揉み縮れ麺でしょうか？見慣れない麺ですがスープとの組み合わせが堪らない一品です(^-^)
次回は焼きそばにしようかな…
と思いましたが、焼きそば￥900も食べてきました(笑)
麺は中華そばと同じ麺のようです、ソースが効いたソース焼きそばのお手本のような焼きそばです(^-^)
焼きそばに付いてくるスープは、恐らく中華そばのスープと同じだと思います。
盛りが他より良いです、２品はかなり満腹になります(*_*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川西町のさっぽろといったら焼きそば！と聞いてランチに行ってみました。とにかく盛りがすごい！！普通盛りを頼んでも大盛りで出てくるので初めての方はびっくりすると思います 笑
女性は完食できるかな、、、男性は嬉しい量だと思います！
量もさることながら味も美味しい！たまにさっぽろの焼きそばが無性に食べたくなるんだよなぁ。
お好みでマヨネーズもレジ前に用意されています。
店内はこじんまりとしていて昔ながらの懐かしい雰囲気。
ぜひお腹を空かせて行ってみてください♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お盆13日のお昼時、お供物等購入の為、この地のスーパーへ行く前、腹ごしらえ 今日の口は醤油ラーメンです。実は違うお店を考えていたのですが、「本日休業」えーって 次のお店も準備中 次のお店は駐車場満車、昨年も目当のお店に入れませんでしたが、今年も同じ 辿り着いたこのお店は何年か前に利用させて頂いた事があり、自家製麺で麺が大盛だった事を覚えていました。お店の中はテーブル席4つはお客さんがいらっしゃいました。小上がりは空いていたのでその席へ、中華そば２つを厨房の前で口頭注文、後会計です。お店の中をながめてみると昔のまま、昭和から変わっていないようです。待つ事5分で着丼です。やっぱり麺量が半端無い 250gくらいかな？普通のお店の大盛の量です。スープを一口ほのかに煮干の香 化調少な目の薄い醤油の味、麺を持ち上げてみると平打ちぢれ麺で茹で加減はやわらか目 ツルツルシコシコでは無いですが食べ応えがあります。チャーシュー、メンマとも味が薄い感じです。全体的に薄味なのでスープもグビグビ飲めます。テーブル調味料も少なく、味変も出来ませんが口飽きせず食べれるラーメンだと思います。妻はいつまでたっても減らないラーメンだと言っていました。好みが合えばお得なお店だと思います。

初見で食する方は、絶対に大盛は頼まないほうがよろしいかと思います

麵自体は腰もありスープとの絡みも良く、麵の量自体は平気でしたが
、それを喰わせるスープが・・・
ここは物凄く腹が減っているときに、ワシワシと麺を掻き込むような一品ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 細縮れ麺だけど、米沢麺とは若干違う。平打ちで米沢細縮れよりも若干幅広め。しかも、コシがちょっとあって、独特な食感、ピロピロ麺が楽しい❗
一方、スープは魚介系が香ばしい、米沢の桂町さっぽろにそっくりで、これまた深い味わい。
チャーシューはロース肉かな？味付けは薄めで、豚の甘みが強くて旨い。噛み応えバツグンの、いかにも肉食ってる～って感じ❗
最後に、とにかく、このお店は盛りが良くて、普通盛りで大盛り並みなので、思いっきり腹空かせて向かうべし❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事途中近くに来たので平日１４時半頃訪問。焼きそば９００円税込 大盛１００円税込食べました。焼きそばの味付けがちょうど良いし腹ペコだったので一気に食べ切れました。他店の焼きそば三人前はあろうかと思う程、ボリュームが凄いので、がっつり焼きそば食べたい人にはコスパ良いと思います。
