★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて訪問したため、旧店舗に行ってしまいました。そこにある現在店舗への地図を確認してから訪問しました。昼時だったためか混んでいました。初めて食べる馬肉ラーメンはどのようなものか楽しみでしたが、醤油味のラーメンが普通に美味しいので驚きました。チャーシューに代わり馬肉が乗っているのですが、これはトロトロとかではなく、しっかりと馬肉でした。少しパサつく感じと言えばわかるでしょうか。辛口醤油ラーメンに乗っている豆板醤がとても相性が良く、非常に美味しかったです。

麺は細ちぢれ麺、スープは昔ながらの…という感じの醤油スープ。結構塩味がしっかりしていました。
スープの脂は気持ち程度で、分類的にはあっさり醤油系になるのかな？
馬肉のチャーシューは柔らかいジャーキーという感じで、火を通した馬肉は初めて食べたけどなかなか美味しかったです。
馬肉は脂が少なくヘルシーではあるけれど、個人的にはラーメン全体的に旨味がもう少し欲しかった。
味の素入れてえ…w

引っ越ししてからしょっぱさがうすらぎ、思わず全部飲んでしまった。馬肉チャーシュウはしっかり噛む。噛めば旨味が出てくる。店員さんの笑顔もいい。

馬肉入りラーメンは食べたことなくて、看板を見て入店。見事なツララを横目に入店すると、バイク、ピアノ、ギターなど、夜はライブしながら飲める店に変わるのかな？と思わせる作り。席についてみると、火鉢や薪ストーブがあったりと、オーナーのこだわり？が感じ取れる店でした。
ラーメンが到着してまずはスープ。普通に美味い‼️そして麺‼️普通に美味い‼️そして気になる馬肉チャーシュー？をパクリ。少し硬さはあるものの、馬肉です‼️
普通に美味しいラーメンで、馬肉入りは珍しいと思います。一度食べてみるのも良いですね。
