何度も来たことあるけど、 初めて きしめん定食を頼んだ。 だしの効いた 赤ツユ。 頼むものにより 白ツユにもできる。 ここは、老舗の小さなお店だけど、幅広きしめんがウリで たまにTV取材入るから タクシーできてる若者もいる。今日は 見たところ常連さんばかり。 定食は サラダにキスフライ。ふわふわ。 煮物は薄味でだし巻きも 全て美味しかった。 きしめんは いいところは ざるきしめんに使うから 定食は 端っこか、細くペラペラのとこと、太くモチモチした部分と2パターン楽しめる。 豆腐にかけてあるのは 甘味噌 豆腐が温めてある? 漬物は自家製ぽい 想像以上に美味しかった。

The good thing about kishimen is that it is used for colander kishimen, so you can enjoy two patterns of set meals: the edge, the thin and fluffy part, and the thick and chewy part. 名古屋の老舗中の老舗です。裏に駐車場はありますが数は少ないです。 しっかりとした出汁の味とそれに負けない醤油ベースと、食べ応え抜群の極太きしめんがクセになる味です。

幅広きしめんは「きしめん」と言うより、平べったいすいとんと言う印象です。 きしめんのツルツル感ではなく、モチモチ感で、麺類よりもパスタと呼びたいですね。 つゆはスタンダードでした。

2021年12月上旬にランチで初めて行きました。 1ヶ月位前にネットでこちらの幅広きしめんを知り、Google Mapsに行きたい店としてチェック 午前中に近くで用事があり終了後行くことに 13時前に到着するも2組が外で並んでおり、10分程並んで入店 店内は4人がけテーブルが6つ お二人で店を切り盛りされていました。 あんかけきしめん(¥690)にプラス350円で定食にして注文 待つこと20数分で着丼 他店よりは少し長いのですが、店内は慌ただしい様子はなく、穏やかな雰囲気であるためストレスではありませんでした。 幅広きしめん自体は10月に栄にある「めんつるび」で頂いたのですが、こちらの方が幅広く、こちらは「きしめん」ではなく独自のジャンルの方が相応しい気がします。 麺はあんと絡み美味しかったです。 また定食にするとこで煮物の小鉢とキスフライ、ごはん、豆腐、漬物が付いており、350円はコスパ高いかなと 昭和の食堂にも関わらず、お客さんの中には大学生らしきグループ2組おり、幅広きしめんというユニークさが世代関係無くウケていると感じました。 次回はカツカレーきしめんを頂こうと思います。

The noodles were entwined and delicious. Also, when you make a set meal, a small bowl of simmered food, kiss fried food, rice, tofu, and pickles are included, and 350 yen is expensive. Despite the Showa cafeteria, there are two groups of students who seem to be university students, and I felt that the uniqueness of wide-ranging kishimen is appealing regardless of generation. Next time, I'd like to have Katsu Curry Kishimen.

幅広きしめんで有名なお店(*^^*) いつもお昼時は混んでて並んでることも多いですがそれ程おいしいかと思われます。 きしめんは太くコシも丁度いいのでつるつるといきそうです- ̗̀ ( ˶'ᵕ'˶) ̖́- 何回も通わせてもらってます! 出汁は甘くうどんに合ってるかと◎ また行かせてもらいまーす!

極太きしめんは、名古屋名物のきしめんとは別ジャンルでした! 名古屋名物のきしめんというとゆるい麺でサラサラと食べられる印象ばかりでしたが、この極太きしめんはシッカリと堅めなので噛み切って食べる麺になるので、また別の独特なものになります。 個人的にはざる蕎麦の方が美味しく感じました。 しっかり噛んで食べる堅いうどんが好きな方は試されてもいいかもしれませんね。 Kyokutai Kishimen was a different genre from Nagoya's famous Kishimen! きしめん専門店 幅広きしめんが旨い。 幅広きしめんに限っては茹でるのが時間かかるみたいで他の客の別の注文メニューに抜かされるが気にしてはいけない。板状なので盛りが無いように見えるが重なっているので結構食べごたえある。コシもあって甘めの汁で旨かった。

極太きしめんで有名なお店。 麺は凄くコシがあって美味しいです。 きしめんの方は出汁もシッカリした味でコクもあり美味、冷やしきしめんは極太きし麺に負けない味の濃い甘めのつゆでした。 1日1麺はムリやけどまた行きたいお店です。 行列で多少並ばないとダメかもです。 接客も愛想良くて気持ち良いですね。
