★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのお寿司は良いです．外で食べる寿司と持ち帰りの寿司とではつくる側の工夫も食べる側の楽しみ方も違うので比較するのは乱暴かもしれませんが....そこらへんの回転寿司よりも美味しい．
サラダまぐろ巻き（税込み420円）はおススメです．直径は約35㎜，ちょっと太めのマグロとキュウリとマヨネーズを巻いています．鉄火巻とは全く違う味わいです．マグロもコリッとした食感です．
穴子にぎり（税込み1000円）もなかなか．実は数時間前に別の店で穴子を調理したものを食べて少しがっかりしていたので，どうしてもその日中に穴子で口直ししたかったのですよ．瀬戸内住みが長いと穴子はソウルフードの一つですから．
さすがに一度に２種類以上は食べきれないので，これからもいろいろ買いに寄りたいですね．

Confucius pearl (1000 yen including tax) is also pretty. Actually, I was a bit disappointed at eating some cooked Confucius at another shop a few hours ago, so I really wanted to rework with a congerie during that day. Because Setuka living is long, Confucius is one of soul food.
As expected, I can not eat more than 2 kinds at once, so I'd like to buy more from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おいしいです。ネタとシャリのバランスが良いというか、シャリが絶妙な歯ざわりで、ネタに良く沿っていると思います。回転寿司屋さんのお寿司が「酢飯にわさびと刺し身を載せたもの」だとすると、ここのお店のようなお寿司が料理としての"お寿司"なんだろうなと思います。
リーズナブルですし、お店の人の対応や雰囲気が良くてつい立ち寄りたくなります。買いたい量が多いときは電話予約がおすすめ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1時過ぎに持ち帰りを買いに行きました。幸いお客様はいなかったので、にぎり3人前注文しました。10分位待っていると、オリンピックの有観客の話題になりました。気さくに話しかけられて、待ち時間を気にせずにお寿司を持ち帰りました。駐車場が分かりにくいのが残念でした。
I went to buy a takeaway after 1 o'clock. Fortunately, there were no customers, so I ordered 3 servings of Nigiri. After waiting for about 10 minutes, it became a hot topic for the Olympic audience. I was talked to and brought back the sushi without worrying about waiting time. It was a pity that the parking lot was difficult to understand.
