お味噌なのでそのままでいただくと辛いですが、甘味も感じられて美味しいです。
なくなりそうになると「買ってきて」とお願いして、毎日いただいています。
１キロで1000円弱です。
製法や豆の種類とかで三種類程あったと思います。
価格が中間のお味噌を購入しています。
