飲み放題でコース（4000円ぐらい？）を頼んだのだが、4センチほどの分厚さの刺し盛と鍋、チャンジャやタコ刺し、猛者エビの頭のから揚げなど食べきれなかった
料理はとてもおいしく、鳥取の海の味覚が味わえる
大将自ら買い付けに行っているとの魚はどれもおいしい
大将に言えば持ち帰り用のタッパがもらえたので残さず持って帰った
大将はとてもよくしゃべる人だが、はじめはとっつきにくそうだなとも感じた
大将の武勇伝をきくのも楽しいので、興味のある方はぜひ
すし銀という名前からは想像できないが、ジャズのライブなどもやっているそうなので、要チェック

鳥取の友人が小さい頃から通っているというこちらのお店に連れてきてくれました。
僕の要望は「せっかく鳥取に来たから蟹をたくさん食べたい。」
で、連れてきてくれたのがこちらです。
結論から言うとすごい量の蟹料理が出てきて、お腹もいっぱい。
ありとあらゆる蟹料理を頂きました。
蟹もタグ付きの松葉ガニや、紅蟹、親がにとたくさんの種類を食べることができて大満足。
蟹だけであんなにお腹いっぱいになったのは初めてです。
ちなみにお刺身のカットも物凄く厚くインパクトがあります。
そして、最後までお寿司は出てきませんでした！
