暗	暗黒卿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきり言って美味しくない。富士山駅の地下なので、初めてこちら方面に来た方が吉田うどんを求めて入ることも多いだろうが、この店で食べて吉田うどんはこんなものか、と思ってしまっては残念です。肉つけうどんを注文。つけ汁は味噌汁みたい。肉は甘過ぎでかたい。うどんは普通のうどんよりはかたいがそれだけ。表面はかたいけどコシはない。難しいがそんな感じ。小麦粉の味もしない。フードコーナーなので自分で席を確保、カウンターで注文、カウンターで受け取り、席まで運んで食べる。吉田うどんを味わうならちゃんとしたお店をお勧めします。 To be clear, it's not delicious. 健	健志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで、再来訪しました。富士山うどん　大　820円を食しました。吉田のウドンらしく固い。しかも、ここの麺は、太い。喉越しの楽しみは無く、ひたすら噛む感じです。とにかく噛みたい人には、オススメです。ランチで、来訪しました。肉うどん 500円に、竹天 50円とゴボウ 100円をトッピングしました。吉田のうどんにしては、麺が煮込まれていて、柔らかいです。吉田のうどんを期待すると外れます。汁は、醤油ベースです。無料のトッピングが、天カス三種、辛味 5種類位あるので、好みに合わせた味が調整出来ます。写真は、辛味天カスと辛味山椒を乗せてます。 I visited again for lunch. If you expect Yoshida's udon, it will be off. The juice is based on soy sauce. There are 3 types of free toppings and 5 types of spicy flavors, so you can adjust the taste to your liking.
