古い民家をお店にした感じですが
昔からあるお店のタイプ。そう、昭和です。
うどんは、太めの
コシも割とある、私の大好きなタイプのものです。

みうらうどんを後にして2軒目！せっかく来たんだからハシゴしないとね。商店街のようなところの路地裏にひっそりありました。
中に入ると昭和感満載のレトロな雰囲気。地元の方が2-3人ちらほら。ここも鍋を持ってのテイクアウトありましたね。
座ってすぐにお兄さんから「あったかいの？冷たいの？」と聞かれ最初なんのことかよくわからんかったけど、反射的に「あったかいのでお願いします」。おそらくメニューがその２つしかないんだ。
すると3-4分くらいでうどん登場。早いw八重山そば並みに早い。
こちらのうどんも思ったよりは最初の一噛み目は固くはなく、もぐもぐ噛むとコシがしっかり。出汁は魚介系の染みる味。お揚げにその出汁が染みて美味いんだ。。キャベツもシャキシャキ。
テレビを見ながらゆったり食べてほっこり。途中で入ってきた地元のヤンキーっぽいお兄さんが冷たいのとあったかいの2つ食べてて、それが通なのかなとチロチロ見てしまった。

The second house after Miura Udon! I've come all the way, so I have to go on a ladder. It was quietly in the back alley of a place like a shopping street.
Once inside, you will find a retro atmosphere full of Showa era. There are 2-3 locals here and there. There was also a takeout with a pot here.
Immediately after I sat down, my brother asked me, "Is it warm? Is it cold?" Probably there are only two menus.
Then udon appeared in about 3-4 minutes. Fast w As fast as Yaeyama soba.
The first bite of this udon is not as hard as I expected, and when I chew it, it feels firm. The soup stock has a fish-and-shellfish flavor. The soup stock is soaked in the fried food and it's delicious. .. The cabbage is also crispy.
Eat relaxedly while watching TV. The local Yankee-like older brother who came in on the way ate two things, cold and warm, and I wondered if that was the case.
It was delicious!

よく噛んでしっかりと粉を味わう感じの麺に茹でたキャベツが添えてあり、つゆはお揚げが入っているシンプルなもの。
自家製の唐辛子調味料が麺とキャベツの甘さを引き立ててくれます。
リピートしたくなる美味しさです。
There are only two types of menu, hot udon and cold udon, and you can take out. (If you see a lot of locals taking out, you can see that it is a very popular shop)
The noodles are chewed well and taste the powder firmly, with boiled cabbage, and the soup is a simple one with fried food.
Homemade chili seasoning enhances the sweetness of noodles and cabbage.
It is delicious that you want to repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have two options: hot or cold udon. I recommend the hot but both options are different experiences and it's cheap, so try both.
