202203 駐車場もありますが、最大4台かな? すべて小上がりで、最大25名ぐらいかな 古い民家をお店にした感じですが 昔からあるお店のタイプ。そう、昭和です。 うどんは、太めの コシも割とある、私の大好きなタイプのものです。

【山梨 富士吉田】吉田のうどんの元祖「あったかいの、冷たいの?」。あったかいの(400円) みうらうどんを後にして2軒目!せっかく来たんだからハシゴしないとね。商店街のようなところの路地裏にひっそりありました。 中に入ると昭和感満載のレトロな雰囲気。地元の方が2-3人ちらほら。ここも鍋を持ってのテイクアウトありましたね。 座ってすぐにお兄さんから「あったかいの?冷たいの?」と聞かれ最初なんのことかよくわからんかったけど、反射的に「あったかいのでお願いします」。おそらくメニューがその2つしかないんだ。 すると3-4分くらいでうどん登場。早いw八重山そば並みに早い。 こちらのうどんも思ったよりは最初の一噛み目は固くはなく、もぐもぐ噛むとコシがしっかり。出汁は魚介系の染みる味。お揚げにその出汁が染みて美味いんだ。。キャベツもシャキシャキ。 テレビを見ながらゆったり食べてほっこり。途中で入ってきた地元のヤンキーっぽいお兄さんが冷たいのとあったかいの2つ食べてて、それが通なのかなとチロチロ見てしまった。 美味しかったー!

メニューは温かいうどん又は冷たいうどんの2種類のみで、テイクアウトも可能です。(地元の方が何人もテイクアウトされていたのを見ると、大人気なお店なのがわかります) よく噛んでしっかりと粉を味わう感じの麺に茹でたキャベツが添えてあり、つゆはお揚げが入っているシンプルなもの。 自家製の唐辛子調味料が麺とキャベツの甘さを引き立ててくれます。 リピートしたくなる美味しさです。

Udon Tastes very simple and clean!!! Personally I love udon noodle textures which is very thick & smooth! Kitchen chefs & people very nice &gentle, I love it, Thank u for make amazing udon!

You have two options: hot or cold udon. I recommend the hot but both options are different experiences and it's cheap, so try both.

Great small but cozy udon noodle option. They don’t speak english but we figured out. Really teasty. Loved it!
