肉うどん５００円をいただきました。
天かす目一杯入れて、天ぷら気分も味わいました。
麺は吉田のうどんにしては柔らかめです。

麺はうどんとほうとうをたして２で割ったようなコシのある麺。吉田うどんの中でも最もインパクトのあるうどん店の一店。
冨士山つけうどん二玉。
コレがほぼ全部入り。
期間限定のキックス(ガラムマサラ,唐辛子等スパイシーつけ汁)は暖かい季節に食べれます。
注文はシートに個数を書込み渡します。
セルフ片づけ忘れないようにと。
お膳をレジ台に持っていき,勘定です。

ちょっと分かりづらい場所にあり、道に看板もないのが難点てす?
次回は地元民が口を揃えてお勧めする「てっちゃん」へ行ってみたい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年01月13日に麺'ズ 富士山 富士吉田本店へ忍野八海、河口湖観光へ行った際の昼御飯として13:20頃訪問しました。
国道139号から昭和大学通りへ少し入った場所にあるためナビを頼りに店まで行きました?
まずお店に入ってコロナ感染予防対策として、代表者の氏名、電話番号、来店人数の記入をしてから、添付写真の注文表に食べたいうどんを記入し、店員さんへオーダーといった流れでした。水はセルフ、漬け物小皿は食べれる量無料、食後の食器類はセルフで返却でした。
私はかけうどん大をを注文?
出汁は味噌・醤油ベースでうどんは歯ごたえ・コシも強く大変美味しかったです！
普段は四国に住んでいるため讃岐うどんがメインになりますが、吉田のうどんは麺自体が固め、出汁も讃岐うどんとは違うため、ジャンルが違うことから新鮮な気持ちで食べることができました?
かなり美味しかったので、付近へ観光される際はオススメです?️
少しだけ景色のお裾分けです！

On January 13, 2022, I visited Noodle's Mt. Fuji Fujiyoshida Main Store at around 13:20 for lunch when I went sightseeing in Oshino Hakkai and Kawaguchiko.
I went to the store by relying on the navigation because it is located a little on Showadaigaku Street from National Highway 139 ?
As a preventive measure against corona infection, I first entered the store, filled in the name, phone number, and number of visitors, then filled in the udon noodles I ate on the order table in the attached photo, and ordered the clerk. .. Water was self-service, pickled small plates were free to eat, and tableware after meals was self-returned.
I ordered Kake Udon Dai ?
The soup stock was based on miso and soy sauce, and the udon noodles were very chewy and chewy!
Since I usually live in Shikoku, Sanuki udon is the main dish, but Yoshida's udon noodles are hardened and the soup stock is different from Sanuki udon, so I was able to eat it with a fresh feeling because the genre is different. ?
