★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低。「共有部の電気がチラつくので取替えて欲しい」と電話し10日間が過ぎ、ついには電気が消えてしまいましたが、未だに交換に来ないです。その間に2度催促しましたが、「既に外注に頼んでいますので」の返答のみ。誰に頼んだかとか、いつ頼んだかとか、それは住んでいるこちらには関係ない。困っている事実を告げているのだから、自前のスタッフで取替えますとか対応する気はないようです。電気が消えて2日間経ちます。フロアに1つだけの明かりが消え完全に真っ暗なので不便極まりないです。住人をバカにしている。
