S	Sato Sato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸会社としては、自分が経験した中で最悪です。契約後のアフターケアは最悪。自社管理物件なのに、対応は遅いし、修理？補修に来たときも工具は置きっぱなしで取りにも来ない。平日は仕事で遅くなるので立ち会いになると(しかも、平日しか来てくれないし)こちらも休むしか無いのに基本的に１度で終わらない。こちらの都合は聞いてくれない。ゴミBOXの、ゴミ出しのマナーが悪い方が居て前から何度もあったのにこちらが退去の時期にまたゴミBOXに大量のゴミ(分別が雑)があった時には『お宅ですか？』と聞かれる始末。本当に失礼極まりない。こちとら業者に頼んでゴミまで運んでもらってるのに…… そんなに犯人探しをしたいなら、防犯カメラでもつけたらいい。自分は今後絶対にここでは契約することは、ありませんし周りにも進めません！！本当に不快な会社でした。 As a rental company, it is the worst I have ever experienced.
