もう、電話もしないし、利用したいとは思わない❗悪いけど、第一印象で決まるから。
1週間前に書いて、今日9/18(土)返信がありました！
いちいちコメントに返信は勝手ですが、契約したら口コミをお願いしますの店から言われて正直に書いた利用者の声etc.オーナーからの返信⇒高評価ありがとうございますとオーナーが返信されてるが、この流れだけで、口コミを気にしすぎと言うか、すでに会社の店の品質が問われますよね(笑) 口コミ読んでスルーすればいいだけの話。
ここで、口コミを気にして、返信を書いているのを見たのは、久々でした！
こういったネット依存より、店で従業員が、気をくばりきちんと対応すれば、いいだけ。本当に利用して良かったら、口コミなんか書きませんよ。
電話で対応が悪かったと書いた位で、返信があるとは。
他の口コミは読んでなかったから。
改めて初めて読んで、それだけネット口コミに依存された会社なんだと認識しました。
返信は、不要ですので。
ここに返信をする位の時間あれば、よい仕事をしてください。

別の都道府県で利用させていただいたことがあるが、対応が早く、気になる点やマイナス面もちゃんと説明してくれるので、気に入った物件が見つかるならエイブルをオススメする。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者の名前も名乗らず、物件をピックアップしてメールを送ると言われたのに1度も送られてきてません。1度その件で電話し、メール送ります！と言われましたが１ヶ月経っても未だに来ていません。
因みに入力時に何度も確認したので、アドレス間違いではないです。
今は他のきちんと対応してくれる不動産にお任せしてますが、ここの名前とされたことを話したら、あー、あそこはやめといた方がいいよ。業界では適当な対応で有名だよ。と言われました。
クチコミでも5か1で分かれていますが、
5はバランスをとるためにスタッフがされてるのではないでしょうか？
偏りすぎてると思います。
まあこれ書いたら3とか4とかの投稿も上げそうだけど。
とにかく本気で物件探してる方にはお勧めできません。
普通はその日のうちにメールくるし、物件探し難航してるにしろ一言その旨を伝えるメールを送ってくるものだと思います。
どの道１ヶ月も放置は例外ですけどね
