対応もロボットみたいですし、そもそもその対応ならきちんと仕事ができるロボットにした方がマシですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。間取りの長さもこちらで測っておきますと自ら言いながらも2週間以上連絡なし。明日中には返信しますのでと言いながらも期限を守らない。折り返し電話しますと言ってもこちらから催促しないと連絡なし。契約してからのフォローが最悪すぎます。初めての不動産利用でしたが本当に最悪でした。二度と利用したくないです

Although I say I will reply tomorrow, I will not keep the deadline. If you say that we will call you back, we will not contact you unless we prompt you. Following after signing up is the worst. It was my first time to use real estate, but it was truly worst. I do not want to use it again

扱う物件数も他より少ないです。どうりで他の近隣の不動産屋よりお客様が少ない訳だ‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進学するため広島の部屋を探しているので、この不動産を選びました。信じていたのに、だまされた。 部屋の温水器が水漏れを隠し、契約書にサインしてから、部屋が水漏れていると言ってくれた。 温水器が一ヶ月水漏れしているので、水道代が1万4千円がかかった。電気代は温水器が保温できずに加熱し続けたため、10日ぐらい電気代が1万円程がかかった。契約する前に何も説明してくれなかった。
入居後、当時の担当者平工怜央奈が店を変えたと責任を転嫁し、消費者センターもキンキホーム連絡をしたところ、担当者平工怜央奈が辞めたので事情が分からないので責任を取らないと言われた。
温水器の水漏れを隠して、一カ月間家で入浴できず、外の店で入浴していた。とても困りました！
担当平工怜央奈は嘘が上手で、契約後、見学する時に言った言叶を一切否定し、いいえ，そんなこと言ったことないって、ずっと言ってた。最低です！
とても信用できない不動産です。留学生に注意してください。この店に来ないでください。留学生は騙される可能性が高いです。
部屋を借りる時は日本人の先生や友達一緒に部屋を見学してもらった方がいいと思います。

The water heater in the room hid the leak, and after signing the contract, he said that the room was leaking. The water heater was leaking for a month, so the water bill cost 14,000 yen. The electricity bill was about 10,000 yen for about 10 days because the water heater couldn't keep it warm and kept heating. He didn't explain anything before signing the contract.
After moving in, the person in charge at that time, Reina Hirako, passed on the responsibility that she changed the store, and when the Consumer Center also contacted Kinki Home, the person in charge, Reina Hirako, quit, so I took responsibility because I do not understand the situation. I was told not.
I couldn't take a bath at home for a month, hiding the leak from the water heater, so I was taking a bath at an outside store. I was in great trouble!
Reina Hirako, who is in charge, is good at lying, and after the contract, she denied all the words she said during the tour, and said no, she never said that. The worst!
It's a very unreliable real estate. Please be careful about international students. Please do not come to this store. International students are more likely to be deceived.
When renting a room, I think it is better to have a Japanese teacher and friends visit the room.
