★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約するまでは親身になって探してくれたけど、契約した途端適当に扱われました。
必要事項(家のオートロックシステムの詳細、駐車場の詳細、引越し業者の手配の詳細等)を教えてくれない、聞いても調べてまた連絡しますと言いながら連絡なし、返事だけはいいですね。
契約してからお店の都合で契約書が届く日程を1週間以上ずらされて、謝罪もないどころか、この日程で間に合うのか尋ねたところ、お客様がこの日までに手続きすればいいと(契約書が届いた翌日の夕方16時に説明されてその日中に、すぐにお金を振り込んで、そのまま契約書を提出して欲しいと)言われ、説明書をじっくりと読む暇もなかったし、説明を聞いてからも時間がなかった。
家の最寄りの良和ハウスの人の方が、聞いたことはその場で調べて教えてくれるし、親切でした。こんなことなら自分で探した方がマシでした。駐車場も探してましたが、もうお世話になりたくなかったので自分で探して契約しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for Rewa House , its very difficult to find a rental accommodation for foreigner in Hiroshima ,around 80% fudosan don't allow to enter in their shop but Rewa House helps us to find good and cheap accommodation . One main thing that, without guarantor any one cant get a rental property but Rewa house can provide us .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to Japan I didn't have home to stay and it's very difficult to get the rent apartment easily but then I got to know about ryowa house agency. I went their and asked for the rent apartment they helped me to find the suitable nearest one to me within short time. When I went to see the apartment it was like a new construction very clean. If you don't know Japanese they have the english translator also they are very much helpful if I had problems I used to ask them and they helped me with it. So I will suggest if you are new here or finding new rented apartment you should come here.

Their Native English agent Andrew was super helpful and helped me find a amazing apartment that was two thirds the price I was currently paying! His help with the paperwork and communication was invaluable and made the process incredibly easy! Seriously could not recommend enough

I was tight for money at the time I was looking for somewhere to live and was unsure whether I would be able to find anywhere in my price range.
I had a staff member work with me over a period of two to three weeks to try and find something I could afford and was happy with.
The staff member drove me to multiple different apartments and was very patient, allowing me to take my time to look around without feeling pressured.
In the end I was able to find somewhere which both fit my tastes and my wallet! The staff are very thorough and always happy to help!
Shout out to Andrew and David who work at Ryowa House (not this particular store I don't think), who show up to help with Japanese-English interpreting/translation. It makes the whole experience much less nerve racking and you can feel confident that you're not signing your life away to the devil. They explain everything very clearly and are happy to answer any questions you have.
Would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a place in Hiroshima.
