Showa station building. It used to be a station where honor trains also stopped. That remnant is a manned station.

さらにタクシーもあります。
湯沢から南(湯沢～新庄)の間は電車の本数がとても少なく、
2022年ダイヤ改正で、さらに少なくなります(2本少なくなる)
