遊具が少しあります。公園内はだだっぴろい草原が広がるだけですが、ゆったり読書など気持ちよさそう。

絶世の美女で有名な小野小町の説明書きや深草少将との銅像が配されていた。
広くて遊具もありのんびりしてもスポーツしても良さげ。
迎えの芍薬畑は少将が芍薬を贈り続けた百夜通いから来てるのかな？と勉強になった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼児の散歩にはちょうど良い広さの公園です。芝生がキレイに整えられており、トイレも清潔感があります。遊具は小学生までの子供なら楽しめるかな、といった感じ。
散歩するには楽しい公園です。夏は紫陽花、秋は萩が楽しめます！
The park is just the right size for a walk for young children. The lawn is neatly arranged and the toilet is clean. I wonder if children up to elementary school can enjoy playing equipment.
It's a fun park to take a walk. You can enjoy hydrangea in the summer and Hagi in the fall!

広い芝生広場と小町伝説の水辺が綺麗な公園でした。小雨の中散策しました。
夕方からの小町まつりの準備の最中に訪問しました。近くには芍薬展示館(500円)も有りましたが小町の郷公園にも芍薬の花が綺麗に咲いて居り芍薬
の花をバックに小町像を見れて小町と芍薬の花の伝説(芍薬の花100本を深草少将に愛の証しとして頼んだ画像9番)が際立ちました。
2人の眠る二つ森も直ぐ側でした。
