*	モモ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの営業所が管理する物件に住んでいました。対応がとても悪いので、書かせていただきます。・折り返しの電話をしない宅配ボックスが数週間に渡り満杯なので、対応してほしいと電話すると、「担当者から折り返しします」と言われ、10日経過。もう一度電話すると、「すぐに対応します」と応え、その日のうちに宅配ボックスに空きができました。・居住者の不便を考えないエントランスのカードキーの差し込み口が壊れ、「壊れています」のメモを貼ったまま2ヶ月放置。問い合わせると「新型コロナの影響で修理が頼めない」とのこと。家の鍵の修理は不要不急なんでしょうか。とても不便だったので、ダイワリビングのお客様センターにメールで問い合わせると、翌日になおしてくれました。・なんでも、webで申し込みしてください退去が決まり、引っ越し日と退去日を伝えようと電話すると、「myＤルームで入力してください」と聞いてくれず。さらに、引っ越し日までに鍵の受け渡し方法など連絡をくれず、問い合わせると、「昨日、手紙をポストに投函しましたー」とのこと。もう引っ越し日を過ぎているので住んでいない旨を伝えると「きゃー！そうなんですかー」と友達のような対応をされました。何のためにwebに引っ越し日を入力させたのでしょうか。ここに挙げたのでも、一部です。引っ越しを考えているときに、営業所の対応まではみないでしょうが、とにかく困ったことがあれば、こちらの営業所に連絡せず、サポートセンターなどへ連絡することをオススメします。 I lived in a property managed by this sales office.
