田	田端 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日に部屋の内見を致しました、田端と申します。その節はありがとうございます。幾つか気づいた点を投稿させて頂きます。営業担当の方ですが、内見の運転時に笑いながら「あと一回キップ切られたら自分は免停ですよ」と笑いながら仰っていましたが、そのような運転が不得意な方に身を任せるのは非常に不安です。一時的とは言え、顧客の命を預かっているという認識を持って頂きたいと思います。また内見時、部屋の中がガスの臭いが充満していました。火災の恐れがある為、非常に危険だと思います。それに気づいているのにも関わらず窓も開けずに立ったままの担当者様にはもう少し配慮が必要かと存じます。併せて、火災保険としてどこの保険会社を選ぶかは顧客側の自由です。不動産屋側が提携している保険会社を無理に強制するのは独禁法違反に該当する恐れがあります。また申込時、御社の提携会社の(電気・ガスなどの)インフラサービスに加入を勧められました。「電話だけ出てくれれば良い」との事でしたが、御社のインセンティブのために顧客側が無理に協力させられるのはとても不快に感じます。純粋な手数料収入である、仲介手数料で営業を継続して頂きたいものです。また本部の方にも謝罪を頂きましたが、申込時の書類として障害者の方々を排除するような書面はどうか今後はお控え頂きたいと思います。お部屋自体はとても良かっただけに残念です。御社の今後のご活躍に心より期待いたします。 My name is Tabata and I had a look at the room the other day.
