 Since it was a sudden inquiry, I was able to proceed by exchanging emails and chats without visiting the store until the contract, but I am very glad that it went politely and smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんが(契約に必要な物に関して)言うことが、いい加減で間違っていました。確認せずに客に事実のように言うのはやめて欲しいです。
また手続きの不備があったのですが更新完了したと思ったときから1年半以上経過してから、不備があったと連絡が来ました。1年半も不備に気付かないのは何故なの？どんな仕事の仕方をしているの？まともに社員教育してないですよね…。
また担当者さんがいつの間にか変わっていました。短期間で店員さんが辞めていて人の出入りが激しい印象を受けました。出入りが激しいと引き継ぎがうまくいかずミスが多発しやすくなりますよね。

口コミを見る人の印象を良くするためだけに丁寧なコメントを付けています。質の悪い不動産屋が多くて、すごく腹が立っています。不動産業界自体が腐っています。小規模なところはほぼほぼ駄目。
What the clerk said (about what was needed for the contract) was sloppy and wrong. I want you to stop telling customers like facts without confirming.
In addition, there was a defect in the procedure, but after more than a year and a half had passed since I thought that the update was completed, I was informed that there was a defect. Why don't you notice the deficiencies for a year and a half? What kind of work do you do? You haven't properly educated your employees ...
Also, the person in charge changed before I knew it. I got the impression that the clerk quit in a short period of time and people came and went. If you go in and out too much, you will not be able to take over and you will be more likely to make mistakes.

I add polite comments just to improve the impression of the people who see the reviews. There are many poor quality real estate agents and I am very angry. The real estate industry itself is rotten. It's almost useless in small places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう十件以上目の不動産屋さんでしたが、担当してくださった落合さんが・・・素晴らしかったです。内見時に私が気が付かないようなデメリットもちゃんと教えてくれて、大家さんとの交渉もしっかりしてくれました。なかなかいい物件が見つからずご迷惑をかけてしまったのですが、最後までしっかりと対応をしてくれました。ミニミニさんは手数料もしっかり半額ですし、ここまで悪意が無い（騙してやろうとか、決めさせようとか、売上の為に必要ないオプションつけようとか）商売をされたら、もう落合さんから離れられません。次回の物件探しも手伝って頂けたら嬉しいです。私は引越し経験が多くなってきましたが、まずはミニミニさんに相談するのが一番間違いないです。

予約していなかったのはこちらの責任だが、
探していた2LDKの物件について相談したら「2LDKはもう１つもありません。」
などと言われ、無下に断られました。
忙しいのは分かりますがこの対応には多いに不満が残りました。
二度と行きません。

When I consulted about the 2LDK property I was looking for, "I don't have another 2LDK."
I was told, and I was refused.
I know I'm busy, but I'm still dissatisfied with this response.
I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内の雰囲気も良く、初めてでも気軽に入れました。説明もとても分かりやすく、気持ち良く契約出来ました。気軽に相談出来る素敵なお店だと思います。
The atmosphere inside the store is good, so I could easily enter it even for the first time. The explanation was very easy to understand, and I was able to make a comfortable contract. I think it's a nice shop where you can feel free to consult.

最初の話で予定してた契約日もどんどんズレるし訳を聞いたら忙しいと
金額も契約日に値上げしてるし、引き落としと聞いてて口座番号も書いたのに毎月払込書送ってくるし
たまたま担当者が馬鹿だっただけなのかは知りませんがオススメはしません。

The amount is also raised on the contract date, and even though I heard that it was withdrawn and wrote the account number, I sent a payment form every month.
I don't know if the person in charge just happened to be a fool, but I don't recommend it.
