み	みけねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御祭神は素戔嗚尊。創建年代は不詳だが、延享2（1745）年に遷宮したとされる棟札があり、当時村社の荒原神社と合祀された。古老の話によれば、その昔舟津の湖岸にあったが、度重なる水害のため、現在の宿集落の中央に遷宮されたと云う。二十一軒屋敷で守護してきたが、重荷になり村の氏子に移管された。当社は、荒原神社と並び、常陸國風土記の行方郡条に記される式外社「香島の神子之社」の論社となるが、由緒から比べれば荒原神社が有力であろうか。とあれ、荒原神社とは仲良しでして、共同での神輿渡御、舟津湖畔にお浜降りの神事があるそうです。木造の両部鳥居を見ただけでゾクゾクするのですが、社殿左の長屋の参集殿（三棟連結なのですがと考えて良いでしょうか）、なかんづくは、御本殿の造営の見事なこと、茨城県神社誌に「本社の彫刻は近郷稀なる作」とありますが、まさに目を剥く思いです。 The deity is Susanoo-no-Mikoto.
