道路と道路に挟まれた細長い丘に鳥居（元は大きな台地の先端だったのかも知れません）を見かけて緊急停止。交差点から階段の先の鳥居をくぐって、意外なほどに濃い樹木の間、尾根の参道を進んだ先に社殿が鎮座していらっしゃいました。ふと、ここは辺りが農地化する以前は大きな森が広がっていて、その最後の生き残りの聖地のような気がしました。この近辺は、とかく「稲荷神社」が多い地方です。稲荷神への信仰深き地ということでありましょうが、よそ者には区別がつき難いことでもあります。なお、本日の聖地巡礼（ご当地アニメじゃありません）の次なる目的地は、行方市行戸の「稲荷神社」です。当社から１キロほど南東です。

An emergency stop was made when I saw a torii gate (which may have been the tip of a large plateau) on a long and narrow hill between roads. From the intersection, I passed through the torii gate at the end of the stairs, and among the surprisingly thick trees, the shrine was enshrined at the end of the approach to the ridge. Suddenly, before the area became agricultural land, there was a large forest, and I felt like the last surviving sanctuary. This area is a region with many "Inari Shrines". It may be a place of deep faith in Inari God, but it is also difficult for strangers to distinguish. The next destination for today's pilgrimage to the sacred place (not a local anime) is "Inari Shrine" in Yukudo, Namegata City. It is about 1 km southeast of our company.
