★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンクで伺いました。タイヤのゴムが寿命だったので買い替えとなり、どのタイヤが良いか丁寧に説明してくださいました。即日修理でしたが代車も貸してくださいました。ご夫婦で経営されているようでおふたりともとても親切で、また自転車のトラブルがあれば利用したいです。

部品の変形によりチェーンの張りが均一でないのは治しようがないことを丁寧に説明してくださいました。
また、サドルの傾きを調節したりカゴの凹んだ部分を叩いて元通りにしたりと自転車の全体的な微調整をしてくださいました。

これまで自分が訪れてきた岡山大学周辺の昔ながらの自転車屋さんは気難しい人が多く、いい印象がなかったが、ここの方々は話しかけやすく、部品の耐用年数や故障の仕方などをやさしく教えていただきながら点検して下さった。パンクチェックもゆっくりと丁寧でした。ありがとうございました。
