現在住んで10日。引っ越し当日、窓際に害虫が数百匹(ダニ系)がわんさかいました。 床にも居るので気にせず歩き足の裏を見るとダニを潰して出てきた赤っぽい液体が無数についてました。キッチンにもその害虫がおり食事にも入ってないかと色々気になりました。 毎日毎日その害虫に悩まされストレス、イライラが日々つのる状態です。 さすがに二階(寝室兼居間)にはいないだろうと思いましたが居ました。 布団も敷いてあるので知らずにダニを潰せば布団に付き取れなくなるので気になり寝れない状態です。 体の異常としてはかゆみ、咳があります。 数日後にはアリ、ノミも発生してました。 不動産屋に電話し害虫駆除業務が来るようですが管理会社としてその様な状態である事を把握できてないのでしょうか?? それとも欠陥があっても空いていれば誰か入るのだろうと単純に思っているのか? どちらにしても契約前に通知義務があると思います。 自分も仕事でアパート、戸建て県内県外で住んできましたが、ここまでのは初めてです。 現在窓枠、巾木の隙間、キッチンの隙間に養生テ―プで全面ふさいでいます。 入居前のホコリ、傷、汚れ、欠陥全て証拠として写真に納めました。 この害虫の為に早期で退去した場合は損害金は取られるのか疑問ですが。。。 時間も余計な出費も掛かってますので、断固たる態度でと思います。(定期的に事実に起こった出来事をアップいたします。) 事実ですので。 ※追記5.16:朝起きたらキッチンに?が群れなして行進してました。 ダニは相変わらずわんさかおります。。。 不動産屋に害虫のクレームを入れ害虫業者が9日に来て薬剤を散布12日が経ちましたが特に害虫は減りません❗ 一部ですがキッチン下の隙間に目張りした養生テープにダニがびっしりくっついてます。
