飛	飛んでるニワトリ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大学の物件紹介サイトでこちらの不動産のアパートに住んでいました。入居手続きの段階で話を何度もたらい回しにされたり、ハウスクリーニングしていないんじゃないかと思うレベルの汚さと雑さが目立っていました。(入居初日で動いているゴキブリを見かけたり、風呂場で少し水漏れがあったのですが、これも不動産にたらい回しにされて修理に1ヶ月程かかりました…)家賃が安めのアパートだったから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、なんかなあと正直思います。あと、更新手続き間近になっても情報が何も来ず、心配になったのでこちらから催促したら、話をまたたらい回しにされ、3月末のギリギリでの更新手続きや別の部屋にきてたハウスクリーニング業者が大音量で音楽を流しながら作業してるのを見かけたり、Wi-Fiや引っ越し業者の紹介？も他と比べて少し高いものばかりだったと思います。また自分の時は4月1日からしか入居は出来ませんの一点張りだったのに、自分が退去する少し前に別の部屋でしたが、3月下旬に入居している方を見かけて複雑な気持ちになりました。他の方におすすめは絶対できません。 I lived in this real estate apartment on the university property introduction site.
