不動産の購入なので、ローンの借り入れや土地・建物の購入、保険の加入など、多額のお金が動くことは分かってはいました。

スマホのラインで連絡を取り合っていたこともあり、とにかく対応がスピーディーでした。営業時間外でも、ラインを送ればすぐに返していただきありがたかったです。
不明なことや些細なことでも、すぐに関係各所に連絡をとって下さり不安がすぐに解消されました。
