★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約後、全てお金を払い終わり後は入所日まで待つだけというのに、書類の渡し忘れが発生。
大元の大〇建託より聞いていなかった、知らなかったと言い訳ばかり。
こちらとしては、そんなことはどうでも良い。
ミスはミス、確認すればこんな事は起きなかった。とても不愉快。そして4日たった今日ですらその書類が郵送ならない始末。契約は絶対辞めた方がいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居住者が駐車場から長時間出られないという状態で不動産側が駐車をし物件を案内しておきながら、謝罪は電話で済ませてほしいと言う始末。会長は物件の立地状況もわからない状態でありながら、居住者側が工面して出ればいいんじゃないか(できるならしていた)と話してくるような会社です。基本ができていないと思います。

退去時に大家にあらぬ嘘をつかれ退去時に水増し請求をされた。立会に来ていた武田の社員にも「社会勉強だと思って払え」と脅された。
挙げ句の果てにそれは不当だから土曜日までに調べて欲しいと頼んでも約束を破り連絡さえしてこない。
経営陣の体質があまりに酷過ぎる。
県の消費者センターに駆け込めば相手にして払わなくても良いということなので、問題があれば消費者センターに問い合わせた方がよい。

ただ内覧は案内してもらえず、鍵を渡されて見てきて！っというスタンスなので、よくも悪くもしつこく営業はされませんでした。
土地勘や方向感覚がない方には酷かもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形県で１、2を争う程の物件の多さと言う事でこちらと契約しましたが、約束の日程を間違えたり、担当が居ないから折り返し連絡すると言っておきながら連絡が来なかったり、重要な書類を送ったにも関わらず確認の電話も来ませんでした。
終いには、クリーニングが入り入居日に入居しましたが、掃除も凄い雑で髪の毛なども落ちていました。
こう言ったことは普通、不動産の担当者が確認するものだと思うのですが、それすらもしていないのかと失望しました。
星１つも上げたくないくらいですが、こういった犠牲者を減らす為にも投稿させて頂きました。
不動産屋を選ぶ際は慎重に選ばれる事を進言します。

私のときは茶髪の女性でした、人を見て判断してるのか、私の要望を聞き家賃は大体これくらいでと伝えた瞬間、鼻で笑いながら「それくらいの家賃で借りられる所なんて山形に無いと思いますよ」と言われました。
ここへ来る前に何件か不動産屋へ行ってますが1番最悪な所でした。
お客さんを見て判断は凄く失礼だと思います。
私はそんなにみすぼらしい格好をしてましたかね？
幸いにも他の不動産屋で希望の家賃で借りることが出来ましたが、ここへは2度と行きたくないです。
