毎回刻みすぎで全く進まない。クリーニングが一回で終わらないなんて初めてだ。時間を作って行っても、わずかな時間しか治療してもらえず、仕事をしながら通うのが大変すぎて疲れてきた。 態度が悪く高圧的な言い方をする歯科衛生士がいるのも残念。 新しい建物なのにトイレが男女共用なのがかなり残念。

開院当初から通っています。他の歯医者で定期検診を三ヶ月に一度受けておりましたが、奥歯に違和感がありました。その時はレントゲンでも虫歯はないと言われていました。 さとうデンタルクリニックさんでは治療方針の説明を受け、レントゲンや歯の写真を撮ってもらいました。 先生に診てもらうと歯と古い銀歯の間に隙間があり、そこから虫歯になったのだろうと言われました。後日、その部分を治療してもらい、今までの違和感は消えてなくなりました。そして、治療の時に銀歯を外して歯の写真を見せてくれました。本当に中が真っ黒で他の銀歯も不安になるほどでした。 先生はルーペ?のようなものを使っているので、細かく診てくれたのだと思いました。 スタッフさんも丁寧で、気に入っている歯医者さんなので他のコメントが気になり(むしろ虫歯を見つけてもらえた)口コミさせていただきました!これからも宜しくお願いします!

今まで定期的にクリーニングに行っていましたがすぐに終わって出血や口の粘つきがとれず気になっていたため受診。ここでは歯周病の治療も徹底的に行っているようでしっかり説明を受け通院を始めました。時間や回数はかかると言われましたが育児が大変なこともあり相談したら負担にならないよう組んでくださったので助かりました。 治療を受け、だいぶ口の中がスッキリして改善しているように思います。 土日はやはり混んでいますが、待ち時間は少なく先生はじめ歯科衛生士の方が優しく話しやすい雰囲気なのでおすすめですね。

電話対応が悪すぎて通う気が失せました。 初診の為、まだまだ予約が空いていた日を狙ってネットで仮予約を入れました。 その後1週間以上経ってから、仮予約の日時の予約が埋まってしまったとの連絡がありました。 そりゃ仮予約から1週間も経てば予約は埋まっちゃいますよね? その電話も、不在着信で入っていたのですぐ折り返したが、何度かけ直しても繋がらず… 折り返し電話を1日5回ほどかけ直す日々を送り、やっと3日目に10回以上コールを鳴らして出てくれました。 「お待たせいたしました」も「折り返し連絡ありがとうございます」もなく、「一応お名前伺ってもよろしいですか?」と言われました… そりゃこっちからかけ直したんだから、こっちの名前を聞くのは当たり前だけど、「一応」って言葉の使い方間違ってませんか? いくら初診の患者だからとはいえ、仮予約を1週間も温めた挙句、予約が埋まってしまった… 電話口での対応能力の低さ… とても通う気が起きませんでした。
