R	RCマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛味噌ラーメンの店で、醤油ベースの炙りチャーシュー麺(1100円)を注文。歯応えのあるバラチャーシューは香ばしくて美味い。半熟玉子も、味がしっかり付いている。そのせいか、スープは後半になると塩辛く感じてくる。が、もちもちの太縮れ麺がしっかりと受け止める感じ。スープを飲み干さなければ、後で喉が渇くことないか⁉︎ その他、キクラゲがトッピングされていたり、全体的に、食感が楽しい一杯という印象のラーメンでした。次は王道の辛味噌ラーメンに挑戦かな⁉︎ 本日、辛味噌炙りチャーシュー麺(1200円)をいただきました。先に、醤油を食べてしまいましたが、麺、チャーシュー、トッピングは同じ。味噌のスープは、やはり、後半塩辛くなりがち。辛味噌と相まって、スープは全部飲めませんでした。醤油と辛味噌どっちと言われたら、辛味噌のほうに軍配が上がります。ただ、辛いの苦手な人は、別皿にもらうこともできるので、最初味噌で食べて、味変を楽しむために、少しずつ溶かしていくのがいいと思います。 I ordered soy sauce-based roasted char siu noodles (1100 yen) at a spicy miso ramen shop. However, if you don't like spicy food, you can get it on a separate plate, so I think it's best to eat it with miso first and then dissolve it little by little to enjoy the taste change.
