桐	桐嶋いの on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台駅のすぐ近くにあるラーメン屋さん。入ってすぐにある券売機で食券を購入するシステムでした。店内外とてもおしゃれで、小料理屋さんのような雰囲気でとても居心地がよかったです。店主は東京有名店で修業されたという事もあってか一風変わったラーメンが味わえるお店でした。今回頂いた黒醤油ラーメンは濃厚な醤油ベースのスープに程よい酸味？塩味？が効いていて非常においしかったです。普段、酸味が少々苦手なのですが黒醤油は嫌な感じが全くせずスープを飲み干してしまうほどでした。麺はスープによって種類が違うようで黒醤油には太めの平たい麺で食べ応えもあり、トッピング全部乗せをオーダーしましたがトロトロのチャーシューに極太のメンマ、味のしみた煮卵までスープによくマッチしており絶品でした。同行人のオーダーしていた醤油ラーメンを一口頂きましたが打って変わって非常にやさしいスープに細めんが良く絡みあっさりとしたラーメンでした。他にも個性の強そうなラーメンがたくさんあり期間限定の創作ラーメン(?)を提供している事もあるそうなのでぜひチェックしてみてください。 A ramen shop near Sendai station. t	tmt 30 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅裏コインパーキングの近くにあるシックな店舗です。店内もバーの中にいる雰囲気。平日開店直後でもすぐ混み合います。おすすめは濃縮ジロ。見ての通りスープが濃厚ポタージュ系なのが特徴。着丼すると盛りのキレイさ、特に豚の美しさに目が行きます。味も最高で豚だけ食べていたくなります。麺もスープに負けないしっかりした歯応えです。麺量もたっぷりで下に行くにつれすり鉢状にびっしり入って満腹感あり。辛味は好みあると思いますが少しでも入れた方がこのスープには合います。総じてキレイなG系ラーメンです。 It is a chic store near the coin parking lot behind the station.
