Oh god it is truly one of the best ramen places in sendai, if you love Tsukemen or want to try good one that's the place!

Tasty abura soba with many toppings and savory taste. The servings come in many three size: small, medium and large.

The store is mostly famous for the abura soba, but I've also had their tsukemen. Both are great. The meat is outstanding, second to none. Slightly on the expensive side, but the taste is great, highly recommended.

The meat is the best part. Broth sort of thin, average. Tsukemen was worth the walk for sure, though

This restaurant sells yellow noodles and Tsukemen. The indoor environment is very smoky, and the floor is sticky. Though, the taste of Tsukemen is very good due to its perfect sauce.

Amazing Tsukemen. Every table is equipped with an induction hob plate to either heat up your broth again or use it to mix eggs and rice into your remaining broth. The pork meat is barbecued and incredibly soft. Ramen noodles are thick and the broth sticks very well to it. The broth itself could be a little thicker but I loved it. They also serve the ramen hot if you like, so the Tsukemen remains hot the entire time.

You're here for the Aburasoba, the noodles specifically. These noodles are among the top 5 I've had in Japan as far as Soba goes, and should not he missed. Although the flavors are subtle, they are deep and allow you to eat more noodles in one sitting than you thought possible. I haven't had the ramen nor tsukemen, so I can't vouch, but I will be trying the Tsukemen the next time I come. I recommend you try either the Aburasoba or Tsukemen, as the ramen may not play to the strengths of the noodles. Noodles 5/5: Soft yet tangible and satisfying to the tooth. Easy to slurp and comes in hot. Absolutely delicious, the reason to come here is because of these noodles. You can get a massive size for those of you who are starving as well. Perfection, just do it. Broth 4/5: because it's Aburasoba, there isn't broth so much as a soupy sauce that coats the noodles. Be sure to mix it around as it's in the bottom of your bowl and add a swirl of vinegar and other condiments they recommend. The broth itself is subtle, but is in musical harmony with the noodles allowing the noodles to stand out and never get old the more you eat, as can often happen with mostly noodle dishes. Meat 4/5: the Chashu or meat, was a little salty for my taste and scorched a little too much in places, but the flavors still absolutely delicious. It's really not a problem either as it compliments the subtle flavors of the rest of the dish. Unfortunately it was in a small portion, but delicious all the same. If you're nearby Sendai, stop by when you have a chance. Went for a Sunday dinner and waited 10 minutes, definitely worth it. The ambiance is authentic but there is lots of smoke from the cooking so be aware of that. Highly recommended.
