★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が、一番リピートして食べているラーメンです。常連客は私と同じ年配の人が多く、醤油、塩、味噌ラーメンもメニューにあるのですが何故かお店で「番丁ラーメン」以外の注文の声を聞いた事がないお店です。
最近流行りのラーメンからすると毛色が違うのかもしれませんが、私は美味いラーメンだと自信を持って言えるラーメンです。
一度食べてみて下さい。数日後に又食べに行きたくなるラーメンです。
This is the ramen I eat most repeatedly. Many of the regular customers are the same age as me, and soy sauce, salt, and miso ramen are also on the menu, but for some reason I have never heard of orders other than "Bancho Ramen".
The coat color may be different from the ramen that is popular these days, but I can confidently say that it is a delicious ramen.
Please try it once. It is a ramen that makes you want to go to eat again in a few days.

名物は番丁ラーメン。仙台みそと醤油を合わせたスープに、味噌ベースの玉ねぎあんが乗っているラーメンです。
店内は、カウンターのみ10席ほど。
感じのいい親父が一人、ラーメンを作っています。
チケットなどはないので、壁のメニュー、醤油、味噌、塩、番丁からラーメンを選ぶスタイルです。
追加メニューはライスとビールのみ。
番丁ラーメンは、食べたことのないはずの味ですが、どこか懐かしい味。
あんが乗っている割にさっぱりとしているのは、茹でもやしが入っているからかもしれません。
仙台っ子には馴染みの店です。
一度は試してみてもいいかもしれません。

There are no tickets, so the style is to choose ramen from the wall menu, soy sauce, miso, salt, and bancho.
The only additional menu is rice and beer.
Bancho Ramen has a taste that you should have never eaten, but it has a nostalgic taste.
The reason why it is refreshing despite the fact that it is on board may be that it contains boiled bean sprouts.
It is a familiar shop for Sendai children.

味噌と醤油の味を合わせて作ったという番丁ラーメンはとても大好きです。

アーケード入ってすぐ地下にあるお店であまり目立つ訳ではなく、初めて訪問しました。
メニューを見て色々と迷った結果番丁ラーメンをオーダー。
いざ着丼すると、醤油ベースで玉ねぎ？風味の餡がかかっている独特なラーメン。
他は特筆すべきこともなく普通に完食。
あっさりしてて食べやすかったですが、濃い味が好きな人にはあまりパンチのない味です。
次回機会があれば味噌とか食べてみようかな？
