レジの女性店員のやる気の無さが酷すぎる。何を言ってるのか聞き取れないほど小声で投げやり。早く帰れオーラ出しすぎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコン購入時にメーカーキャッシュバックキャンベーン二件に適用すると紹介され購入、家に帰りキャンペーンに申し込み登録できず担当営業に電話で確認したところ「キャンペーンの期限が切れていた」とのこと。もう一方のキャンペーンは購入機種が適用外でした。
誤った情報で販売したにも関わらずキャンセルによる返金に再度来店してくれという担当の営業さんの対応に大いに落胆し、結果キャンセルしました。販売することへの責任が欠落していると感じました。
残念ですが売り方、製品知識、ミス後の対応に難ありです。
その後、近くの他社さんでエアコンを購入しました。設置工事日程も含め全てにおいて納得の買い物ができました。
高評価で投稿することをモットーとしていますが、他の方のために不本意ながら。
When purchasing the air conditioner, it was introduced that it would be applied to two manufacturers' cashback campaigns, and when I purchased it, I could not register for the campaign after returning home and confirmed by phone with the sales staff in charge, it was said that the campaign had expired. The other campaign was not applicable to the purchased model.
I was very disappointed with the response of the sales person in charge who asked me to come back to the store for a refund due to cancellation even though I sold it with incorrect information, and I canceled it as a result. I felt that I lacked responsibility for selling.
Unfortunately, there are difficulties in selling, product knowledge, and handling after mistakes.
After that, I bought an air conditioner from another company nearby. I was able to make a satisfactory purchase in everything including the installation work schedule.
My motto is to post with high ratings, but unwillingly for others.
