まるでひと昔前のテーマパークのようです。若い夫婦と子供達で、とても賑わっていました。駐車場も混んでいてイベントかな？と思ったけど、通常の営業でした。欲しい物が買えました。

妻が受け取りに行った際入り口まで男性店員さんがソファを持ってきてくださったのですが、入口でそのまま「ありがとうございました」と言われ台車を渡していなくなりました。
20キロもあり、それを無理矢理載せた為、妻は腰を痛めました。
対応としておかしいと後日連絡したら女性店員が対応したのですが「うちのサービスは入り口までです。言われない限りはお運びすることはありません。そうマニュアルとして決まってるので知らない方が悪いです」と言われました。
「か弱い人だったら持てないじゃないですか」って聞いたらその後「私はソファは持てますけど」と言われてしまいました。
どうやらニトリは20キロくらい軽々持てるか、サービスのマニュアルを覚えていかないと入店は難しいでしょうね。
普通に逆ギレされて終わりました。そんなお店です。
