★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を買い換えて外したナビを渡し間違え&ナビ、スピーカー紛失。新しいのに変えてくれと言っても予算がないとの事で傷だらけの中古品。おまけに配線は間違えて送ってくるし、対応が遅すぎ。２ヶ月経ってもまだスピーカーは来ない。最悪なディーラーですね。もう二度と行かない。
I bought a new car and handed over the removed navigation system. I made a mistake and lost the navigation system and speaker. It is a used item full of scratches because there is no budget even if you ask me to change it to a new one. In addition, the wiring was sent by mistake, and the response was too late. The speaker hasn't come even after two months. It's the worst dealer. I will never go again.

新車を買うつもりで入店しましたが、タイミング良く欲しい条件の整った新古車を見つけ、そちらを購入しました。お店側の利益よりも客の利益になるような、きっと会社側にはあまり大きな声で言えないような事もしっかり伝えて下さったので信頼感がありました。
購入後も点検やイベントなど頻繁に顔を出しますが、担当営業の方が手が空いていない時でもさりげなく挨拶して気配りしてくださったり、女性スタッフさんが代理で対応して下さる時もいつも丁寧親切な対応をしてくださるので気軽に入りやすいお店です。
