N	N W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野の友人に「焼き鳥の美味い店」ということで連れて行ってもらいました。JR長野駅の善光寺口から歩いて数分くらいの場所にあります。平日でも夜は入れない事があるほど人気のお店という事でしたが、運良くカウンター席に座ることができました。焼き鳥の方は、まあまあ美味しいのですが、何より豚のハラミが柔らかくて美味しく、お代わりをさせて頂きました。こちらのお店では地元信州の日本酒を用意されていて、ついつい飲みすぎてしまいます。ですので、そこそこ飲んで食べてで一人あたり五千円くらいの予算になりました。 I had a friend of Nagano take me for a delicious yakitori restaurant. へ	へろへろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍ではじめてテイクアウトしてみました。この店のレバーが好きで、数ヵ月に一回連れと飲みに行くのを楽しみにしていました。以前、お勧めはなにか聞いてみたところ、レバパテがお勧めとのこと。訪れたときには大体オーダーさせていただいています。日本酒も地のものを主に揃えており、見立ても良いと思います。何より入りやすくて居心地が良いのが何度も足を運ばせる要因ではないかと思います。コロナに負けないで長く続けていただきたいお店のひとつです。 I tried to take out for the first time with Corona. 平	平浩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミ評価良かったので寄らせてもらいました。人の良さそうなオーナーでしたので星3 にしましたが、コロナで大変な事は指しますが食べたものに関しては普通レベルに足していませんでした。最もの原因は味塩です。レバーパテは仕事自体が雑です。鳥市とは比較にならない位の差があります。鹿はお金を取れるレベルに足していません。冷凍をレンジにかけてから焼くのは論外です。下処理も不十分で臭いです。牛すじもに込が足りなく硬いです。牛すじは溜まりと甘と酒、隠しに赤味噌が基準ですので素人レベルです。 The word-of-mouth evaluation was good, so I stopped by. 守	守人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今の場所の前の一番街にあったときからの通いになります。焼鳥は、シンプルなだけに焼く人の真摯な気持ちが如実に表されるモノだと私は感じています。ここの大将は基本的に前の店の純粋な気持ちを保って今の店に於いても変わらぬ情念を持っていると感じています。ただ、店が広くなった分、情念のエリアが隅にまで届き難くなったのかなぁという気もします。 It's been a visit since I was in the first town in front of my current location.
