希	希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6600円のコースを頂きましたが、どの料理もとても美味しく感動しました。コースメニューの紙を作って下さってあり、可愛く分かりやすいです。一品一品丁寧に説明してくれて、料理を出すタイミングもよく、お水もその都度注いでくれたりと接客も行き届いておりました。旬のものをソースや付け合わせに用いており、意外な組み合わせでも上手く食材の良さを引きだす味付けで香り、味、食感を楽しめるように工夫されているなと感じました。電話予約の際にスープのリクエストに応じて下さり、味も予想を超えるものでした。デザートはよくある付け合わせではなく、フルーツを主役に楽しめる一品でした。特に美味しかったのはエビのピペラートとフォアグラ鴨イチジクソースですね。全体を通して、食材同士の掛け算がお上手なシェフだと感じました。料理の量に関しては、女性である当方は満腹になりましたが、連れの男性は少し足りなかった様子。ダイエット中で美味しい物を適量食べたい私にとっては、丁度良かったです。また、脂肪・糖質の多いメニューが少なく、食材を生かした料理であったため、ダイエット中の方も安心して食べられると思います。最後にシェフがいらしてお話が出来て楽しかったです。総じてとても良いお店でした。また伺います。 I received a course of 6600 yen, and all the dishes were very delicious and impressed.
