選択肢が増えるのは嬉しいですね。
クリーミーさよりエッジの効いた味の印象で美味しい。
最近麺を太麺、中太から選べるようになった。
中太で食べる家系ラーメンも、これはこれでなかなか美味しい。
辛ネギを乗せるとそこはかとなくラーショ系の雰囲気に。

ただし、私の舌的には味を薄めにしてもちょっと塩気が強いのでお店の人に「味めっちゃ薄め」と指定するとバッチリになる(あくまで個人の感想です)。

家系ラーメンのお店なのに、家二郎と名付けられた二郎風ラーメンが美味しくてついついそればかり食べてしまう。(写真は1枚目が初めて食べたもの。2枚目が再訪時のもの)
ラーメン陸や今は無き高田馬場二郎の甘さを感じるスープが好きな人には堪らないかも。

Even though it's a family ramen shop, the Jiro-style ramen named Iekei is delicious and I just eat it. (The first photo is the one I ate for the first time. The second one is the one when I visited again)
It may be unbearable for those who like ramen Riku and the soup that feels the sweetness of the now-defunct Takada Baba Jiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段、飯田橋店を良く利用しています。石神井にあったのは驚きでした。味玉ラーメンを頼みました。やはり、家系ラーメンのとんこつ醤油スープは最高に美味しいですね。台湾ミンチが気になりますが、油そばの付属品のようです。今度、頼んでみようかな。
