き	きのこたけのこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製つけ麺　1080 石神井公園駅近く。商店街らしい通りの中にある。つけ麺を頼みましたが、味は決して悪くないんですが、何か違うと思ってしまいました。三鷹の健やかと比べてしまったからかもしれません。昆布だしは自分で入れるスタイル、良いと思います。若い店員ばかりで、みんなアルバイトなんでしょうか。明るい雰囲気で、見送りまでしてくれます。気になった点 1.座る席によると思いますが、カウンターの中央あたりに作業スペース(補充する物が置いてある)があります。頻繁に店員が来て作業したり、仕事用のスマホと思われるものを操作しに来てスクショを撮る音が聞こえたり、落ち着いて食べにくいです。 2.初めての客には店名の読み方がわかりません。どこにも書いてないので、どこかにひらがなで書いておくと良いと思います。 3.ラーメンの種類が幅広いんですが、逆に言うとこの店は何が推しなのかがわかりにくいです。 Special Tsukemen 1080 Near Shakujii Koen Station.
